Hello #SWC community, today was an incredible day and where one sees the fruits of the training in the following photos you can see everything I did.
The truth is I feel too proud I managed to get the 180 and the gierger combined and I felt too motivated after freestyle with the guys we did a routine to see our resistance.
I also managed to hold my first seconds of full planche with garter and I could see that all my training is paying off.
With nothing more to say thank you very much for watching my post.❤️
