My Valentine's 🥰

Truth be told, I don't get much anymore. It's a saving grace and beauty that my daughters actually get me something or make me something. Not that Valentine's Day is a huge thing at our house, but it is nice to feel loved from time to time, beyond just the words spoken before bed or dropping them off at school.

Not entirely sure what this is, but it's an original @freyamber, so it will be cherished always.

She also knows I'm a nerdy Star Wars geek so slid this to me from her personal pile of the ones she got.

I also got two flowers. One from @khaldeesi which originally was a chocolate rose she had gotten.

And then, came the finale. A treasure hunt!

I have purposely left the images in their original state to give you some fun in deciphering the clues. 😜 I ultimately found a cute little yellow rose tucked just out of sight behind the tree of life in the dining room.

Made me feel kinda special, especially considering all of the family's health this week. All of us have been hit with something and are taking turns with the thermometer and sick juice. Hope everyone had a great weekend and REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, because Yoda wouldn't approve otherwise.
