No sooner than they spied the girls with food, the ravenous feathered rats began fighting each other and jockeying for position to get the human crumbs.

This natural act of survival of the fittest then scared the girls, who quickly climbed back into the truck screaming about the dominant trumpeter swans that followed them hissing and honking. It was all I could do to laugh and snap a quick picture to show both the astuteness to continue feeding the fowl, and the winners on the food chain. REMEMBER TO BE YOU!
