Hoy me aventuré a interpretar una canción estilo ranchera que fue popularizada con gran éxito por el cantante Galy Galeano. Hoy la interpreté acompañado de mi cuatro venezolano aunque viejo aun responde.
La letra de esta canción pertenece al compositor Oswaldo Franco Cardona, quien nació en Tuluá en 1952. Desde temprana edad mostró pasión por la música, cantando en el coro del colegio franciscano de Tuluá. Su pasatiempo favorito era emular a Joselito "el niño de la voz de oro". A los catorce años comenzó a componer sus propias canciones y a cantar en Cali, Buga y en todo el Valle de Cauca. En 1973, se trasladó a Huila, marcando un nuevo rumbo!
Esta canción aborda esas historias de amor que traen consigo tropiezos, angustias y desilusiones; llevándonos en ocasiones a refugiarnos en las copas para olvidar, aunque en realidad no siempre sea efectivo. Así es la vida del parrandero y del artista. Una vez superada la desilusión y el desamor, el sol vuelve a brillar, renovando la ilusión y la alegría para seguir adelante, cantando y luchando. Espero que disfruten de esta interpretación en la que he añadido un toque de tecnología para darle un fondo vistoso, con el acompañamiento de mariachis virtuales 🎶.
