Proposal
Months ago when i joined steemit,i started blogging with the esteem application on my phone,and there was an aspect of it that i loved,which was the receipt of notifications on my phone,it was just like using facebook or whatsapp,i kept on enjoying this until i had to stop using the eSteem app because of glitches and the fact that the eSteem app drained alot of data,so i started using chrome to blog on steemit,and i missed all the notifications which i enjoyed having a lot, because it kept me up to date with my posts,comments and other stuffs,when i am busy and can't open the app or login.
Some weeks ago a friend of mine was facebooking on my phone with opera mini,and using the phone she forgot to logout,after some hours i received notifications on my phone updating me on activities in her Facebook account,and then i checked my uc browser and i found out that uc browser had it too.
So i propose that this feature be added to steemit webpage for in a way that is compatible with browsers that support steemit, especially the chrome browser,and phoenix browser

Updating steemit with this function ,will keep steemians up to date especially busy ones like me,at all time without having to open their browser's
