Almost June, and I have to make it up to you because I was absent for so long. I was reading your wonderful posts, even voted them, but I didn't have the energy to think more than I did.
I was having quite a busy days at work. Important new projects were signed, and I had to make some new programs which I couldn't finish at work, so I brought work home with me.
Despite the fact, that I promised my self to have separate work and private life I did it. So now I can gradually start breathing normally again. All that stress was needed to be released, and I did what I need to do to relax. I buried myself in the kitchen and enjoyed every single second of it.
So for today enough talking from my side. Surprise for sure, would the people who know me said...馃槉 Hope you will like the things I did in my absence...

A full tray of so called "Kremsnite" - a type of pastry, which literally dissapered in a day without even having the chance to try them.
And the last for today, but not the least... A full tray of another delicious pastry, which I prepared for the visitors. But this one I have to explain... A cake biscuit, with strawberries, dipped in Nutella and mascarpone cream with the chocolate ganache on top sprinkled with coconut flour.
Try to resist eating after seeing all this...馃槇 Good night.
