Hello friends of HIVE and #SWC, we were able to continue with our training, today we did a basic routine of pull-ups to gain strength again in the pull-ups. This day is the most difficult for me because it is the one that bothers me the most in my shoulder due to the load it carries, however today I did not have so much discomfort, so I will take that as a significant improvement. Unfortunately I could not do much, because a moment later it started to rain quite hard and it was very difficult to hold on to the bar, adding that the bar was moving too much. However, it did give me enough time to at least do some sets of normal pull-ups, some wide pull-ups, chin-ups and military style. I hope you liked it, see you in a future post!
