Helloooooo.....ladies and gent of the 
Its like everyday i'm loving cycling more and more apart from the fact that it really has helped me a lot navigating through the city,
running to work and back which has so saved me lots of pennies that would have been through at the bus driver, it has really really improved my body with exercises.
One day i was trying to wear my trousers and i wonder at how physically built i now look my thigh were now really have good muscles in there, lol.. And i'm thinking a lot lately about cycling, making it a life long think, like no matter how wealthy i will become i must have a #bicycle in my garage, cause just moving around in cars to the office and back at home with no time to excercise has done a lot of harm than good to moat wealthy men despite the money, ...so its incorporated in my daily routine to cycle...
So Yah about Jewel, just yesterday i had to take her to get her round of full body maintainance, i think we missed out on last months so that's why it is a matter of neccessity, apart from that i love my bike to be on 100% perfect, cause its my baby lol馃槃...
So i observed last week when i was riding home from work my pedal shaking, so if i'm on motion when cycling it cause the crank to push forwarda bit before rotating, and i was kinda scared not to get stuck in the middle of the road.
The repair guy told me that my ballcup is weak and will need to replace all the balls in there and also service both front-wheel and rear wheel and replace the balls there too, after that he took me into his shop told me he had this engine i recommend i should buy that i could ride it for almost two years without having to open my bike or service it again.
One of the things that cause it tho was the constant rain fall here, so when i'm riding in the rain, the waters wash off the grease and cause the chains to rust, and slag.
After the servicing and i ride it home the feeling was different, my bike now felt smooth and quiet unlike ...
