Luego, en 2022, mientras estaba en uyo, la ciudad capital del estado de Akwa Ibom, Nigeria, uno de los estados del sur del país, noté este nuevo y sofisticado restaurante sin cita previa, por lo que veía, sabía que el cerebro detrás de esta instalación debía ser ser un genio, así que decidí postularme y para mi sorpresa me llamaron para una entrevista al día siguiente con prácticas, después de eso me contrataron para trabajar como pastelero con una buena paga... ¡Ay! Fue un sueño hecho realidad trabajar aquí....
El objetivo, quiero decir, el objetivo final, era aprender, desarrollar conocimientos, exponerse y adquirir experiencia, porque las recetas y productos aquí definitivamente no son los habituales que solemos tener, así que estaba decidido a aprender todo lo que pudiera.
Tenía apenas un mes cuando uno de esos días camino a la oficina fui atacado y frotado, sufrí una grave lesión en mi pie izquierdo que requirió de una operación quirúrgica, después de pasar más de tres semanas en el hospital y de regreso. , Me dieron una segunda oportunidad en el lugar de mis sueños, la rechacé con la premisa de que no estaba bien para continuar, mientras tanto,
Después de unas dos semanas regresé a la oficina pero me rechazaron, mi médico me lo dijo en la cara, lo esperamos desde el día del incidente, incluso le dimos semanas adicionales para que se recuperara adecuadamente, la vacante todavía estaba allí, pero No te presentaste al trabajo, lamentamos que no haya más posibilidades... Seguí postulando varias veces pero no obtuve respuesta...
Me sentí mal porque dejé escapar la oportunidad, este es uno de los mejores lugares aquí en la ciudad con la mejor gama de productos y servicios de primera calidad, por lo que si le digo a la gente en la que he trabajado ** TINARIES** instantáneamente su percepción de mí aumentó al 100%, así de genial es la panadería Tinaries...
Adelantándonos a este año, acabo de regresar a esta ciudad hace como tres semanas y decidí presentar mi solicitud al menos por última vez antes de partir para mi servicio nacional obligatorio de un año, para mi mayor sorpresa me llamaron para un entrevista allí supe que mis sueños volverían a vivir, después de eso ayer me llamaron nuevamente para venir a las prácticas de hoy.....
Cuando entré a este lugar fue como algo que nunca supe, todo el lobby había sido renovado, un paisaje de primer nivel y muy elegante, de verdad puedo decir que TINARIES BAKERY tiene la base de clientes más grande de todo uyo, porque obtienes clientes. En cola solo para comprar, y aquí los PRODUCTOS SON LOS MEJORES, por eso tengo muchas ganas de trabajar aquí y obtener suficiente conocimiento y conocimiento de sus recetas.
Al rato me llamaron al área de producción, waoooo....Para mi mayor sorpresa todo ha cambiado holly molly, donde estoy, en la sección de pastelería ahora había una fresadora de pastelería, una mesa de trabajo aparte, más manos para encargarse de la producción, horno extra eléctrico/a gas estándar de 5 pisos, la mezcladora de pan más grande, como si toda el área de producción hubiera sido reorganizada, modernizada y la producción hubiera aumentado, como una visión hecha realidad, como si ella viera estos venir. Estaba preparada para it, Mi MD es realmente un genio en su negocio, estoy empezando a pensar que hizo un curso de gestión empresarial...
Después de las prácticas, hablamos sobre los términos y ambos aceptamos el trato de empleo, así que oficialmente estoy aquí por medio día, cambiando las horas de trabajo en TINARIES BAKERY OTRA VEZ, otra oportunidad de corregir todos los errores....

Alas! It was a dream come through to work here....
The goal, I mean ultimate goal was to learn, build knowledge, get exposed and gather experience, because the recipes and products here it's definitely not the regular we usually have around so I was determined to learn as much as I could..
I was barely a month old when one of those days on my way to the office I was attacked and rubbed, I sustained a severe Injury on my left ft t wrist that require a surgical operation, after spending three weeks plus in the hospital and back, I was given a second chance at my dream place, I turned it down on the premise of the fact that I wasn't okay to resume, mean while I was,

Fast-forward to this year, I just returned to this city like three weeks ago and I decided to come around an apply atleast for the last time before I leave for my compulsory one year national service, to my greatest surprise I was called for an interview there I knew my dreams would come back alive, after that I was called again yesterday to come for the practicals today.....
When I stepped into these place it was like something I never knew, the entire lobby has been revamped, top notched scenery and very classy, for real I can say TINARIES BAKERY has the biggest customer base in the whole of uyo, cause you get customers on queue just to buy, and in here the PRODUCTS ARE THE BEST that's why I'm I really want to work here and get enough knowledge and an Insight to her recipes
Aftera while I was called in to the production area, waoooo....to my greatest surprise everything has changed holly molly, were am I, in the pastery section there was now a pastry milling machine, a separate work table, more hands to handle production, Extra 5-deck standard electric/Gas oven, the biggest bread mixer, like the entire production area has been rearranged, modernised and production has gone all up, like a vision come true, like she saw these coming am was prepared for it, My MD is really a genius at her business, I'm beginning to think she did a course in business management...
After the practicals we talked terms and we both agreed to the deal of employment and so officially I'm in for a half day, shifting working hours at TINARIES BAKERY AGAIN, another chance to correct all the wrongs....
