I firmly said yes to everything, even though I was not proficient in certain things, including accounting software.
But my skills with Word-excel-power point, report writing, sketches, canva and my academic background helped me to join the group.
Every landscape I walk on, I have always projected myself to say yes to every challenge even if I don't know how, because I investigate and then I see how I come to light, I think that's what life is all about, taking risks.
So as they say, he who doesn't take a risk doesn't win a chicken. Hahaha
The most difficult part is the customer service, because of the diversity of characters, which sometimes makes us run away just like in the tiktok, and more than one of us can identify with our routine and tend to laugh.

Each item carries with it a simple but careful procedure because we are a line of work and when one makes a mistake, everyone falls like in chess.
Every practice generates experience, which, with or without a degree, makes the difference in any part of the world.
The situation in Venezuela, especially for those born from 1990 onwards, has been terrible and the reason for this is that we do not see a promising future in our native country and emigrating is the closest option to achieving our goals.
Of course, not all of us have that opportunity and therefore we have to fight day by day for our wellbeing and in search of it, there are work options that we can't let pass us by and even undertake to survive.
In this opportunity I have met special people who make my work pleasant and unique, a team committed to their work and regardless of the positions reigns responsibility and proactivity to achievement.
As in all coexistence, friction is created by an infinite number of essences, it happens in the best families, but commitment is at the top of the pyramid.
