Introducing Chester Bean, BJJ White Belt with all the attributes of a champion
In the video I have the pleasure of introducing Chester Bean, a teammate and friend who entered his first BJJ competition with less than 6 months experience but took home the gold.
In this video you can see Chester in the finals, take control early with a collar grip, he then gets a takedown off of his opponents failed snap down. Chester stayed very composed for a first time competitor and was able to use his strength, technique and athleticism to finish his opponent from inside of his opponents half guard. Chester has not been training long but he is a natural, good balance and defensive awareness are just some of the qualities he brings to the table. I was coaching Chester for this match and he completely surprised me. I was calling for him to go for an under-hook to smash and pass, little did I know he was choking his opponent out. Great job on the W my friend.
Thanks for watching, I hope you all enjoyed the video. You can see Chester in this video helping to demonstrate a Kimura sweep. https://steemit.com/jiujitsu/@embomb701/0ajivgxn.
