Ingredients

🥩 1.5 lbs ground beef
🧅 1 large onion, diced
🌶️ 1 red bell pepper, diced
🧄 4 cloves of garlic, minced
🔸 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, from a dark glass bottle with an oil dispenser top
🟡 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
🇮🇹 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
🧄 1 tbsp garlic powder
🧅 1 tbsp onion powder
⚫ 1 tsp black pepper
🌶️ ½ tsp chili flakes
🍅 2 jars Mama's Marinara pasta sauce, 25 oz each
🧂 ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
🍝 Spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
🧀 Shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
🌿 Chopped parsley, for garnish


Instructions

1- Prep the Ingredients:

  • Dice one large onion and one red bell pepper.
  • Mince four cloves of garlic.

2- Brown the Beef:

  • In a large pot over medium heat, cook 1.5 lbs of ground beef until browned, using the meat chopper to break it up.

3- Sauté Vegetables:

  • Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the browned beef.
  • Sauté for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are softened and fragrant.

4- Season and Combine:

  • Add 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Stir well to combine.

5- Simmer the Sauce:

  • Pour in two jars of Mama's Marinara pasta sauce.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

6- Cook the Spaghetti:

  • In the meantime, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

7- Final Touch and Serve:

  • Adjust the meat sauce seasoning with Himalayan pink salt after simmering, if needed.
  • Serve the meat sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
  • Top each plate with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.
