🍞 1 loaf Rustic Italian bread cubed and dried, or 8-10 cups boxed bread cubes

🧈 2 sticks unsalted butter
🥒 3 celery stalks
🧅 1 medium red onion
🧄 5 cloves garlic
🌿 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
🌿 3 sprigs fresh thyme
🌿 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
🥫 2 cans 10.5 oz each Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
🐓 3 cups Swanson chicken broth
🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt
🧂 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1- Prep the Bread:
