It was the great Coco Chanel who once said "A woman who changes her hair is about to change her life."
More or less that's what happened to me a few years ago when I decided to colour my hair in blonde.
Many people believe that women are blonde for two reasons. One would be to look younger, knowing that blondes seem younger than their real age (a theory claims that many people (blondes) are blond in their childhood, but with ageing it turns dark, becoming brown or even black). And the second reason is that the blonde shines stronger than the shadows. Women become more visible and this can help them on self-confidence.
I agree with both of them, even if this decision can be explained differently in each case. A reason can be even boredom. It's a reason and we don't have to judge anyone.
In my case, it was the need to make a change which can be seen even in the mirror, not only in my mind, my heart or in my attitude. I knew from the beginning it will be something passing, therefore I took a photo shooting. Every time I'm thinking of a change and I take into consideration changing colour hair to look at the pictures and to be enough.
In this evening I would like to 'read' my blonde memories together with you and in this way to meet the need to make a change again.
Maybe it sounds weird what I said, but we have to recognise that each of us we have moments when we need a refresh and this can be achieved in different ways.
Always keep smiling!
See'ya!
