Hi guys, this is my first time in this community, I've been wanting to write a post here since a while now. You see, the posts I see here about markets and more specifically, the things I see in those markets has no comparison to the ones in my country 馃嚚馃嚭. There, the markets aren't as good and they don't sell that many products, nor they have the good quality as in any other country. I will show you the pictures I took in a nearby market here in Corup谩, while explaining a little about the situation in my country that I left behind.
It actually makes me a little sad to think about the markets in Cuba and how people deserve better. A few months ago I moved to Brazil, where I am now living, and I still get so amazed when I walk into a market and see the great variety of products I can buy there and how big everything is compared to the ones in Cuba. I think many of you wouldn't understand the feeling I get, since a well stocked market is something so normal in the rest of the world that it may seem even boring and nothing especial, but for me is so different. We Cubans live in a bubble in our country, the food situation is so bad we even settle for so little.
That's why it's been like 6 months since I left my country and I still can't believe how easy is to have access to food here, I'm talking about things like vegetables, fruits and meat, to say the least, things that are so difficult to get there, not only because of the high prices but also because there aren't any of those products in our markets. It's really tough.
Anyways, I was doing my shoppings in a market while I was taking some pictures of everything so I can show them to my relatives later. They were amazed by everything I show them, the size of things, the variety of products, they really liked the pictures. For now, I don't lose hope on having them here with me in a near future, and I wish things could be better in my country, that way people wouldn't leave and all families could stay together.

Hola chicos, esta es mi primera vez en esta comunidad, llevaba tiempo queriendo escribir un post aqu铆. Ver谩n, los posts que veo aqu铆 sobre mercados y m谩s espec铆ficamente, las cosas que veo en esos mercados no tiene comparaci贸n con los de mi pa铆s 馃嚚馃嚭. All谩, los mercados no son tan buenos y no venden tantos productos, ni tienen la buena calidad como en cualquier otro pa铆s. Les mostrar茅 las fotos que tom茅 en un mercado cercano aqu铆 en Corup谩, mientras explico un poco sobre la situaci贸n en mi pa铆s que dej茅 atr谩s.
La verdad es que me da un poco de pena pensar en los mercados de Cuba y en que la gente se merece algo mejor. Hace unos meses me mud茅 a Brasil, donde vivo ahora, y todav铆a me sorprendo cuando entro en un mercado y veo la gran variedad de productos que puedo comprar all铆 y lo grande que es todo en comparaci贸n con los de Cuba. Creo que muchos de ustedes no entender铆an la sensaci贸n que tengo, ya que un mercado bien surtido es algo tan normal en el resto del mundo que puede parecer hasta aburrido y nada especial, pero para m铆 es tan diferente. Los cubanos vivimos en una burbuja en nuestro pa铆s, la situaci贸n alimentaria es tan mala que hasta nos conformamos con tan poco.
Por eso hace como 6 meses que sal铆 de mi pa铆s y todav铆a no puedo creer lo f谩cil que es tener acceso a la comida aqu铆, hablo de cosas como verduras, frutas y carne, por decir algo, cosas que all谩 son tan dif铆ciles de conseguir, no s贸lo por los altos precios sino porque no hay de esos productos en nuestros mercados. Es realmente dif铆cil.
De todos modos, estaba haciendo mis compras en un mercado mientras tomaba algunas fotos de todo para que poder mostr谩rselo a mis familiares m谩s tarde. Se quedaron alucinados con todo lo que les ense帽茅, el tama帽o de las cosas, la variedad de productos, les gustaron mucho las fotos. Por ahora, no pierdo la esperanza de tenerlos aqu铆 conmigo en un futuro pr贸ximo, y ojal谩 las cosas fueran mejor en mi pa铆s, as铆 la gente no se ir铆a y todas las familias podr铆an permanecer unidas.
