We can all be enthusiasts, no matter our culture, education or personality, we can do it. But the degree of enthusiasm will largely depend on us.
Todos podemos ser entusiastas, sin importar nuestra cultura, educación o personalidad, podemos hacerlo. Pero el grado de entusiasmo dependerá en gran medida de nosotros.
how to cultivate enthusiasm and maintain it?
Enthusiasm is the light that you shine when you do anything, big or small, you strive to do your best, you are passionate about what you do and you like it and just like a bright light, everyone around you notices it, because it you enjoy.
Now, maintaining it is not that easy, but it is not impossible either. Here are some terms that have helped me and I plan to keep practicing and improving throughout this year.

El entusiasmo es la luz que proyectas cuando haces cualquier cosa, grande o pequeña, te esfuerzas por dar lo mejor de ti, te apasiona lo que haces y te gusta y al igual que una luz intensa, todos a tu alrededor lo notan, porque lo disfrutas.
Ahora bien, mantenerlo no es tan fácil, pero tampoco imposible. A continuación les comparto algunos términos, que me han ayudado y planeo seguir practicando y mejorando a lo largo de este año.

In my opinion, this is very important to cultivate and project this beautiful emotion. As we will know enthusiasm is contagious, we can benefit from those around us by imitating their beautiful qualities, learning from their work, knowledge and experience. The same can be said of our contribution, it is a sharing and receiving that in turn generates enthusiasm.
This issue made me remember when I found out about the platform, at first I was very afraid, I wondered, will I be able to?...
Having understanding friends who patiently taught me filled me with enthusiasm. When I would post and not get rewarded, I could tell they were worried, but I told them that having managed to post a topic on the platform made me feel fulfilled. "Publishing is still an achievement for me."
Sometimes when my mind is cloudy and I don't know what to write, I take the time to read other users' content and comment on their posts. This has served as an engine to start and create.
Tu círculo social
En mi opinión, esto es muy importante para cultivar y proyectar esta hermosa emoción. Como sabremos el entusiasmo es contagioso, podemos beneficiarnos de quienes nos rodean imitando sus bellas cualidades, aprendiendo de su trabajo, conocimiento y experiencia. Lo mismo puede decirse de nuestra aportación, es un compartir y recibir que a su vez genera entusiasmo.
Este tema me hizo recordar cuando me enteré de la plataforma, al principio sentí mucho miedo, me preguntaba, ¿seré capaz?…
Tener amigos comprensivos que con paciencia me enseñaron me llenó de entusiasmo. Cuando hacía una publicación y no era recompensada, noté que estaban preocupados, pero les dije que haber logrado publicar un tema en la plataforma me hacía sentir realizada. “Publicar sigue siendo un logro para mí”.
A veces, cuando mi mente está nublada y no sé qué escribir, me tomo el tiempo para leer el contenido de otros usuarios y comentar sus publicaciones. Esto me ha servido de motor para empezar y crear.
My plans and goals:
I would like to comment on three posts every day and strive to give a meaningful and valuable comment. Since I can't post every day due to my other activities, doing so will allow me to be more active on the platform and at the same time get to know it a little more each day.
Mis planes y objetivos:
- Me gustaría comentar tres publicaciones todos los días y esforzarme por dar un comentario significativo y valioso. Como no puedo publicar todos los días debido a mis otras actividades, hacerlo me permitirá estar más activa en la plataforma y al mismo tiempo conocerla un poco más cada día.

I have realized in the short time that I have been on the platform that finding the balance in your different tasks and responsibilities is not so easy.
We have made various schedules, changing routines, making sacrifices and we still haven't found it. The internet signal is a wave of changes every day, but we do not give up, we adapt to the circumstances.
Equilibrio
Me he dado cuenta en el poco tiempo que llevo en la plataforma que encontrar el equilibrio en tus diferentes tareas y responsabilidades no es tan fácil.
Hemos hecho varios horarios, cambiando rutinas, haciendo sacrificios y aún no lo encontramos. La señal de internet es una ola de cambios cada día, pero no nos rendimos, nos adaptamos a las circunstancias.
Plans and objectives:
I have thought of keeping myself posting every week once or twice if possible.
Support new communities.
Vary my contents.

He pensado en mantenerme publicando cada semana una o dos veces si es posible.
Apoyar a nuevas comunidades.
Variar mis contenidos.
Be realistic
Personally, I need to set definite goals so I don't lose enthusiasm.
But in these objectives I try to be as realistic as possible according to my circumstances. Goals that I can achieve, that allow me to enjoy what I do and how I do it, not only give me a sense of accomplishment, but also make me feel happy.
It is true that it is not easy to maintain enthusiasm with so many problems and inconveniences that arise in life. But when I think about and evaluate my situation, I realize that there are things that I can do and keep, such as:
Have good conversations with colleagues on the platform
Learn from their posts.
Strive to maintain a good weekly schedule.
Set realistic goals.
All this is possible, if I do it with enthusiasm!
Sé realista
Personalmente, necesito fijarme metas definidas para no perder el entusiasmo.
Pero en estos objetivos intento ser lo más realista posible según mis circunstancias. Las metas que puedo alcanzar, que me permiten disfrutar de lo que hago y cómo lo hago, no solo me dan una sensación de logro, sino que también me hacen sentir feliz.
Es cierto que no es fácil mantener el entusiasmo con tantos problemas e inconvenientes que se presentan en la vida. Pero cuando pienso y evalúo mi situación, me doy cuenta de que hay cosas que puedo hacer y mantener, como:
Tener buenas conversaciones con compañeros en la plataforma
Aprender de sus publicaciones.
Esforzarme por mantener un buen programa semanal.
Establecerme metas realistas.
¡Todo esto es posible, si lo hago con entusiasmo!
