Sunshiny Day! 🌞………..My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2024

Yes-finally! A sunshiny day with warm temperatures! You could almost hear the plants growing! There were lots of little bugs out flying about. The sun felt lovely!

I don’t usually do ‘selfies’ and I’m definitely not the best at it, but I stepped out of my comfort zone to take this one as I wanted to show you what @silversaver888 gifted me a few months ago. Today was the first really warm day, so I chose to wear the official #ladiesofhive t-shirt! Ladies Of Hive is indeed a global sisterhood comprising of ladies from all over the globe. We share together, celebrate together, laugh together and cry together. It is a wonderful place to be. @silversaver888 began this community a little over 3 years ago and it has grown and continues to grow! Thanks sis, @silversaver888, for your steadfast friendship and of course, for the t-shirt! I will wear it with pride!

I had some computer maintenance to do today. Once that was done, we decided to head out for a hike. I wasn’t sure how far I’d get as my hip was doing its thing again - more so than usual. I pushed on to the lumber mill at which point I decided to set the last hill out. Besides, someone had jumped into my daypack!

Yes-@actifit-lamb was raring to go for her first hike of the season! She was so excited to be outdoors! While @silvertop trekked the last hill, we took a photoshoot!

She began running and climbing on piles of gravel and a huge boulder…….

…….over to the lumber mill………

…..to a fallen tree…….

…..to finally setting down on a soft bed of fir branches!

She was tired from all of that running around but didn’t get to stay there long as we heard @silvertop coming back.

She climbed back into my daypack and we set out for home. I found some Myrtle growing along the way.

The skunk weed looks to be a bumper crop this year!

Be sure to check out @silvertop’s post as it seems someone decided building a fire on top of a natural gas pipeline! 🙀 What were they thinking?!
