Hey everybody! Thanks 🙏 for stopping by today! 😎👍☕️
Work today was fairly nondescript. I had a frame rep and I ordered what I needed to replenish the frame boards. Later in the afternoon I had a first timer and she did amazingly well! I was really proud of her! Tomorrow looks to be a busy day as we are a bit overbooked. And it’s just the doctor and myself on Fridays.
My back is better; it’s still a little painful and I’m stiff. I’m looking forward to the weekend where I can have a little bit more mobility and stretch things out some.

I’m gonna have to run as I’m busy roasting coffee for my customer who lives out in the Rhode Island area of the US. Take care everybody and have a wonderful evening! Please continue to pray for Ukraine! 👣🐑☕️☕️☕️👁🍭🌞🤩😴
