Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by today!
The morning began with online church. I’m hoping to return next week to in person church.
After church, we began the arduous task of moving my computer workstation upstairs to the loft. Arduous because there is no staircase ……..yet. To go up there requires utilizing a step ladder. The absolute worst part was getting a full size bistro table up there. A little ingenuity was required! Once that was done, then I began toting my little mini library up. After what seemed like a hundred trips up and down that step ladder, here’s the end result:
A nice view of the top of our solar arrays and the tree tops to the south and the backyard and forest to the west. I have my own little nook! Cot has always had his sleeping area up here but now he has to share!😽
After doing a few more things we headed out for a hike. Jan came with part of the way but turned around at the pond as Sunday’s are her family phone call day and she needed to be back in time for that. We headed on up.
The first pic at the beginning of this post, is the view of Sumas Mountain from Towhee Ridge. As you can see, winter is working on letting us know it’s not done yet. It was actually cold today despite the sun shining. We are headed into a bit of cold spell for a few days but anything we might get won’t last too long. March is around the corner!
Today’s hike provided a few ‘shrooms and fungi for your viewing pleasure!

That’s gonna be it for now. Tomorrow brings more coffee roasting for another customer. Plus, I have another eBay find that I might be able to pick up tomorrow IF the post office put it in a locker.
