Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by!
It’s always hard for me to get out of bed on Saturdays as it seems I need extra time to recharge. It’s great I can do that but I miss out on the early morning hours.
We didn’t really have anything planned for the day except a hike at 1:30 so it didn’t much matter what went on for the morning.
We met Jan at 1:30 and headed up. When we got up to the trailhead we ran into Keith and Lynn. They were out measuring some stuff and we passed pleasantries and then hit the trail. It was kind of cool and gloomy as they were predicting rain, but it never happened except for a brief period of mist. Keith has been at work over the past week, ‘spring cleaning’ on the trail with his excavator. It’s parked up at Towhee Ridge now as it has something that needs repairing. Anyway, the trail is a bit wider in spots than it was. I’m not really sure what he’s got planned but time will tell.

The forest is a bit drab right now as it’s just before blooming time. There’s not much to photograph or much that’s different. I am looking forward to full bloom season!

We worked on a new song for worship for next week tonight. It seemed a bit difficult to find the key I wanted as there are a lot of vocal dynamics in this song. I finally landed on a key and we will have it put together probably by tomorrow and then spend rehearsal time fine tuning it.
It will soon be time for bed. I’m going to try no melatonin tonight as I think I need a break from it. I’m feeling a little hung over in the mornings and I’m not liking that.
So that’s gonna be it for now. Be sure to keep on @actifit steppin’! Remember, any exercise is good for you so keep at it. Have a wonderful day wherever you are!😎👍💪
