“Follow The Yellow Brick Road……..Not Lol!”😇
By the time Liz and Silvertop walked out of Church this morning the rain had stopped!😅
“Liz… we haven’t seen Keith and Lynne in a while, maybe a hike up their 1.9 mile long driveway would be nice!😊
First stop would be Keith’s pond……..
I was just starting today’s hike, but still felt the urge to sit for a bit and relax, on Keith’s new deck, on the shore of the pond!😇
Just then Keith and Lynne came driving down their Mountain road, and pulled to a stop by me…………
“Silvertop did you see my new “Game camera”, it has wi-Fi and solar!”☺️
“I did Keith, as a matter of fact, I just waved at your camera as I hiked past it just now Lol!”🤣
“Well let’s see Silvertop”……………
Keith pulled out his iPhone and searched for his current game camera photos!😊
“There you are Silvertop!”☺️
I asked my neighbor if he had captured any photos of any Cougars?
“No Cougars Silvertop, but plenty of Black Bears!
I let my neighbor know that I just passed about six deer on the road coming up to the Trailhead today!
This is the time of year when the Bears start to gorge on berries and apples, to put on weight for the winter.
If you look at several of my photos towards the end of my post, you would actually think it’s already Fall Lol!😇
The carpet of fallen leaves is normal for this time of year!
During the dry summer Months, trees start dropping their leaves right about this time of year, each and every year, to conserve energy!😊
Today there was a slight nip in the air, we barely hit 70 degrees!
Nope It’s still Summer my friends!
