may recall that I have adopted a very hostile attitude towards witness voting. Well, now I am over my Lion phase, and now the dancing child is playing.

Both this account, and by proxy l0k1@l0k1, now have a voting policy: Votes go only to the bottom 30 witnesses. I will be checking up on this, and revising it if any of these 'lowly' witnesses start getting voted up higher.

Why am I doing this?

If I am not mistaken, my vote weight (vests) apply to the sum that makes up how witnesses get selected, equally, with a maximum of 30. So to vote for less than 30 is to waste your vote. To vote for the ones that already have the Premined Whales' votes, implicitly pretty much anyone voted up to the top 50 or so, is a wasted vote, because it's diluted in a pool of toxic Steem Power.

It's not really gonna make any difference, but I'm at least gonna do the most I can, as little as that might be. I figure that using all 30 votes can't possibly be diluting the vote power, so it must be multiplied in each vote, otherwise, why would it limit you to 30, and not say 'the more you vote on the less your vote weighs', because obviously it doesn't.
