Good evening dear Hive community, I would like to welcome you to my second post today and hope you are all well! For the Black and White Challenge I would like to present some pictures of really beautiful flowers and this is my entry for the #monomad challenge.
I have already written something about the wild daisy in the past (Bellis perennis) and a few days ago I had the opportunity to photograph breeding varieties of it, those who are interested in the contribution can find it here. This species is also called Rob Roy and is slightly different from the wild form, the flower has a different appearance and the color is really strong, further down in the original photo you can see it in the full beauty.
It is definitely also interesting to find a breeding variety of Bellis perennis, by the way, the name of this plant was already created in the Middle Ages. The ancient Celts also appreciated this plant very much and there was also an old Irish myth that claimed that a fairy gave the king's children this flower to never grow old. If you are generally more interested in the mythology and healing effect of the plant, I can only suggest my last post about it.
Thank you for stopping by and giving my post a chance, I used my camera Sony Alpha 6000 and Sony SEL-55210 Telephoto Zoom Lens (55-210mm) to take these pictures.
