Dear Steemians,
This smoked fish has the name Coregonus. They belong to family Salmonidae. Occurrence of this fish is both in fresh water (Mostly in deep lakes) but also partly in salt water areas as on the Baltic and North Sea. Coregonus grows to an average size of 25-40 cm and can also be up to 10 years old.
In the following picture the fish is already filleted. It is rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals.
