My entry to the Phone Photography Contest #67 [En-Es] Two butterflies

Hello Hive friends, I hope you are all well.

The rain has increased the diversity of butterflies in the garden.

This specimen, for example, is commonly known as "Malachite", since its colors include a green similar to that of this semi-precious stone.

When I first saw it, months ago, it was perched on a heliconia leaf. I managed to photograph it, make a video, and post about it.

Yesterday I was surprised to see her again.
She came to some cariaquito flowers we have on the other side of the house.

Her wings were broken, but she still looked beautiful. Since it was a cloudy day, the color contrast stood out even more.

Earlier today I saw this other species perching on a palm tree.

It stayed there for a long time. It was so still that I managed to get very close without it flying away.
