These are the kind of mushrooms that grew on a stump in my garden.
They are edible mushrooms. 🍄🟫
They need to be boiled, then fried in a pan. They're delicious.
We had a birch tree in our garden. But it interfered with the wires, so we had to cut it down. It left a stump from the birch. On this stump every year grow mushrooms. We pick them. Then we cook them.
First we boil them with onions. Then we fry them in a frying pan, add salt and pepper. Bon appetit)
