Splinterlands is one of my favorite games and has been part of my routine for quite some time. I play practically every day, and what motivates me the most to keep progressing is the goal of constantly strengthening my collection.
Nowadays, I honestly barely pay attention to the financial side anymore. If I focused on that all the time, I probably would have stopped playing a long time ago. I like to think that rewards are simply the result of the effort we put into whatever we do.
There are many ways to build a strong collection in Splinterlands, but the foundation of my strategy has always been Reward and Gladiator cards. With every battle we play, we accumulate Glints, which have become one of the main ways to obtain new Reward cards. In addition, at the end of each season, we receive additional Glints based on our performance and the resources accumulated throughout the battles.
With so many cards currently available, deciding which ones to take to max level has become increasingly difficult. After all, both financial resources and the amount of time available to each player are limited.
Even so, I believe that investing in max-level cards makes a big difference. Besides giving us more options when building teams, stronger cards also help us achieve better results in battles and, consequently, earn better rewards.
For a long time, my main goal was to level up Rare cards. After managing to max out some of them, I decided to change my strategy a little and started focusing my efforts on Common and Epic cards.
At the moment, I already have two Rare cards at max level, while the others are at level 7. These are two cards that I really enjoy using in battles and that have become some of my favorites.
My last season wasn't as good as I had hoped. I couldn't play as much as usual and, since I was traveling, I had much less time available to play Splinterlands.
I also didn't manage to play Survival Mode, so I missed out on some extra Glints and didn't get the pass to participate in the next tournament.
In total, I earned only 95,000 Glints. That's quite a bit lower than what I normally accumulate. In previous seasons, I usually earned around 200,000 to 300,000 Glints.
It was also a somewhat frustrating season because I wasn't able to earn any Glints through the battle rankings.
Despite that, the resources I managed to accumulate were enough to continue strengthening some cards in my collection.
This time, I managed to upgrade one Epic card to level 3, one Rare card to level 7, and I also managed to take another Common Gladiator card to max level.
Every new upgrade makes me even more excited to put these cards into battle and see what they can do.
That's exactly why I consider it so important to keep improving my Splinterlands collection. Little by little, every stronger card represents a small advantage that, when combined with the others, can make a big difference.
And it feels even better when this progress happens without spending much money, using only the resources earned throughout the seasons.
For anyone just starting out, my main recommendation is not to try to upgrade every card at the same time.
Choose a specific rarity and focus your Draws on it until you can take the cards you want to max level. After that, move on to the next rarity and repeat the process.
This way, even with limited resources, it is possible to gradually build a stronger and more competitive collection.
That's exactly what keeps me motivated to play Splinterlands. Even after all this time, there is always another card to upgrade, a new goal to achieve, or another battle to win.

No total, consegui apenas 95.000 Glints.
