AS A NEW WEEK ARRIVES 🌿
Let us speak with gratitude and awareness.
To all the forces that make life possible,
Those that move in light and those that work in silence,
Those we can name and those beyond language—
We acknowledge you.
To the breath that wakes us without effort,
To the body that heals itself quietly,
To the strength that remains even after weakness—
We are thankful.
As this new week arrives,
May good health remain our portion.
May balance stay in our steps.
May our Chi stay aligned with the rhythm of life.
To the ancestors who guard our days,
To the land that sustains us,
To every unseen protection that kept us whole—
Receive our gratitude.

May this week open gently,
Carry peace,
And leave us stronger than it met us.
Amen Amen.
