I lost total interest in football when I lost my beloved brother 6 years ago. Though he was not an Arsenal fan, but ah, that guy loved football, and that made me fall in love with football too.
But when he left this world, I kissed football goodbye so I could heal, because it reminded me so much of him.
But just last week, I heard Arsenal's story, and I was touched. I decided to joke with the idea of celebrating only those who win, but no, it didn't end there.
Arsenal touched a part of me that had been locked away for years, “my love for football.” I never knew it was still there, and I must say, thank you Arsenal, you taught me to heal.
And am I proud of the club today? The answer is yes, I am super proud of Arsenal, and I thank God for the win this year.
I celebrate Arsenal,❤️ keep the love and passion burning. We go again next year, better and stronger.
