"Some of the best lessons in life are learnt from mistakes we make, the errors of the past is the wisdom of the future."- Dale Turner, mused.
Too often, we battle with ourselves all in a quest not to make mistakes because, we feel we are not supposed to make any when in fact, we are making a future in the process.
The various countless inventions we see today didn't step out better at first, they usually were disasters before they became what the are today. Everytime you fail at what you do, take notes of your failure because, you will need it to move into the next stage tomorrow.
I Feel Blessed!
No one is born of wisdom or super abilities, we are all here on a trial and error basis. We are constantly working to make sure we get good results and in most cases, our efforts are usually dished out in failures before we are able to achieve success.
Take Apple Inc as an example, Steve Jobs did not always get the products right, in fact, he improved on his failures everytime. There are times when he even thought he has done something cool only to be told by the board and consumers that the product was a disaster. As the years went by and as he compared and improved on existing products, he was able to continually bring into the world life changing products that have changed the way we communicated with the computer.
No one is at the zenith of wisdom and no one can be seen as knowing it all. Even the teachers, lecturers and Professors still learning everyday. Even you, yes you. Take a look at the last mistake you made in your relationship and see how you have been able to improve on yourself to not make the same mistake twice.
In my journey on planet earth, I have made more mistakes than correct plans and I can well say, these events both have their gains and usefulness in everything I have done, that I do and will do. I learn and am never afraid to fail.
Sometimes, when I am about to start something completely new that looks impossible from the get go, I go all in and pray I fail so I learn the lessons that will help me get better. Praying to fail in your next project is better than not starting it at all. Because if you do not start, you will never know what it means to fail or win.
So start and fail instead of not starting and still fail. Some important lessons in life are learnt in the pots of failures and it is he who isn't afraid to fail that will have a story to tell from his various experiences.
Errors are not the end of the world, they are just errors which means, they are the beta testers of your project. With this in place, you have a second chance, a third chance, a fourth chance, a fifth chance etc. The chances to make better results are infinite as are infinite the errors available on planet earth.
