A while ago, I was hired to take photos of some gift packages for Father's Day. The client's idea was very simple: the gift package on a white background. But I didn't like it much, so I decided to create a very simple background to make it more interesting. Once the photos were finished, since everything was set up, I decided to put my daughters there to take some photos of them, and these are the ones.
Hace tiempo me contrataron para tomarle fotos a unos paquetes de regalo para el Día del Padre. La idea del cliente era muy sencilla: el paquete de regalos en fondo blanco. Pero a mí no me gustó mucho, así que decidí hacer un fondo muy sencillo para que fuese más interesante. Una vez terminadas las fotos, ya que estaba armado, decidí poner a mis hijas allí para tomarles unas fotos, y son estas.
This was about 3 years ago, and it's nice to have these memories of them. Although I'm a photographer, I don't take many personal photos because I associate photography with work. But whenever I see old photos, especially of my daughters, they make me very happy.
Eso fue hace como 3 años más o menos, y es lindo tener recuerdos de ellas. A pesar de que soy fotógrafo, digamos que no tomo muchas fotos personales porque tengo asociada la fotografía al trabajo. Pero siempre que veo fotografías viejas, sobre todo de mis hijas, me hacen muy feliz.
My daughters today are still the little babies they were back then, but kids definitely change a lot in a very short period of time.
Mis hijas hoy en día siguen siendo esas bebés que eran en ese entonces, pero definitivamente los niños cambian mucho en un plazo muy corto de tiempo.
