Today I want to share with you these photos from a really fun day I spent with a group of friends. It was one of those days where we also met a Mexican who had come to Venezuela for the elections. He ended up being a super friendly and interesting person, and we were very grateful for his company.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes estas fotos de un día muy divertido que pasé con un grupo de amigos. Fue una jornada en la que conocimos a un mexicano que había venido a Venezuela con motivo de las elecciones. Terminó siendo una persona muy amigable e interesante, y su compañía fue muy apreciada por todos.
In these shots, I played with my lens, pushing the aperture all the way to 1.4. I wasn’t aiming for perfect focus, but rather the opposite: blur and sensation. I really liked these photos because they preserve a beautiful memory of a time when we stood together during a challenging moment for all of us.
En estas fotos experimenté con mi lente, llevando el diafragma al máximo en 1.4. No busqué un enfoque perfecto, sino todo lo contrario: desfoque y sensaciones. Me gustaron mucho estas imágenes porque capturan un recuerdo especial en un momento difícil para todos, donde nos acompañamos y fortalecimos nuestra amistad.
In the end, we grew very close, and it was wonderful to have captured these memories.
Al final, quedamos muy unidos, y fue hermoso haber podido sacar estas fotos para recordar esos momentos.
