Method of preparation
Syrup:
Put the shape with the sugar in the mouth of the stove (medium / low heat) until the sugar melts and form a light syrup of pale caramel. Book it.
Cake:
Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a light cream. Add eggs, milk and mix well. Sift the flour, chocolate and baking powder directly into the bowl of the batter and mix with a wooden spoon. Transfer to form and set aside.
Pudding:
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour gently over cake dough.
Preparation:
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour in a water bath. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until cool. Remove and serve ice cream.
