For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. Philippians3:3
As believers in Christ, we have been set apart to worship God in spirit. God is a spirit, thus we must access Him through our spirit in true worship. Notice the word ' spirit' is singular in the passage above. This means the spirit of worship is one. Where there's division in the spirits of men, there can be no worship. Are you a believer in Christ? Arise and rejoice in Jesus, for He's caring, loving, compassionate and forgiving. No matter what is going on around you, rejoice for your confidence is not in the flesh or the things that gratify the body.
We are the circumcision! Different from the former, but transformed by Christ Jesus. We are completely given to God through Christ. We hold nothing back but wholly belong to God. Is this your testimony? Do you really belong to Christ or you just belong to church? Are you serving God or just a pastor? If you are faithful both openly and secretly, you are serving God. Straighten your path today, for Jesus is coming back soon.
