I feel so refreshed after finishing my daily jogging routine. It was so hard at first because I was having a problem with the geographical orientation of my jogging place but I was able to get over with it. There I met my friends, and jogged together. I jogged for at least an hour. I was hoping this would continue and the progress will be seen soon.
