The value of Bitcoin spiked up too hard and too fast. The market didn't know quite how to handle it. As soon as the market cooled down a bit, we now see the price flagging upwards. Seems pretty bullish.

Not what I was expecting, but I'll take it. I guess the bulls aren't done with this summer bull run yet.

It's easy to get tunnel vision in these situations. I always like to look back to coinmarketcap to level myself.

We're always so focused on such a small piece of the price action history. It's always good to take a step back and realize that this bull run has been immense and happened within a very short time span.

Switching topics

None of my blog posts are likely to bring much relative value to communities like Steemleo, Palnet, or Steem. A lot of people ask how Steemleo could possibly generate value.

Well, as an investment platform, I think the answer is actually a bit simpler than other communities. What if users of Steemleo actually start making money from the information contained within? Wouldn't the people making money off of this information want to support the community that's making it happen?

Regardless, I think my obvious place here is to focus on programming and development. I talk a lot about what needs to change around here but I don't spend near enough time working on solutions. Granted, solutions take a lot longer to generate than describing them.

Decentralized trending tabs have never before been more required at a time like this. With all these new condenser clones there are going to be that many trending/hot tabs that need to be tinkered with.

One of these days I'll cut the BS and get to work 😑
