Bueno muchachos el día de hoy estuve entrenando la plancha pero fue muy básico el entrenamiento ya que también estuve intentando hacer push-ups en Straddel y bueno estuvo muy difícil Haci que solo hacía la fase negativa del ejercicio que era marcar la Straddel y solo bajar la push-ups.
Well, guys, today I was training the plank, but it was a very basic workout because I was also trying to do push-ups in Straddel, and well, it was very difficult. So I only did the negative phase of the exercise, which was to mark the Straddel and just lower the push-ups.
Otra cosa que si me fue bien fue en el hanstand ya que logré hacer dos push-ups de hanstand cosa que antes no podía hacer, esperemos que con el tiempo siga aumentando mi nivel como he estado haciendo.
Another thing that went well for me was the handstand, as I managed to do two handstand push-ups, which I couldn't do before. Let's hope that with time I continue to improve as I have been doing.
