Bueno muchachos el día de hoy quise mostrarles un poco de como voy en el hanstand ya que a pesar de que no es un elemento tan difícil como el Front-level o la plancha es un elemento que me gusta mucho y dure mucho tiempo para poder conseguirlo y creo que es por eso que me gusta intentar mejorarlo lo más que pueda.
Well guys today I wanted to show you a little bit of how I'm doing in the hanstand because even though it is not as difficult as the Front-level or the iron, it is an element that I really like and it took me a long time to get it and I think that's why I like to try to improve it as much as I can.
Y aquí como ven en las imágenes he empezado a intentar lo que es el hanstand one arm para ir aumentando la dificultad y también haciendo los intentos en Straddel bueno espero que me puedan dar algunas recomendaciones ya que quiero empezar a intentar el one arm.
And here as you can see in the pictures I have started to try the hanstand one arm to increase the difficulty and also making the attempts in Straddel well I hope you can give me some recommendations since I want to start trying the one arm.
