Every living system is bio-electric ⚡️
🔸
All and any biological processes require minerals to ignite them ⚡️🍃
A living system requires minimum 60 to max 102 minerals to operate smoothly with all necessary impulses ✨
🔸
When our soils, which are the source of these minerals, contain only 3-20, then no wonder we are heavily depleted of real nutrition (yes even organic) 😳
🔸
Many naturopaths over the decades knew and know this truth 💯
🔸
And so many still speak to whoever will listen 👂🏼
👇🏽
And I know now ur open minded and can tune into ur own body's innate intelligence ✨ and feel, sense, hear, see what it is asking of you to do for it 💪🏽😊
More simple than you may think, do it or do not, there is no try 😉
