Good afternoon my lovely people
Today is a good day because i feel much better after not been to strong the previous day.
I visited the hospital yesterday to see a doctor, medication was prescribed and some tablets to go with it, and i can confidently tell you that i feel much better toay.
I was able to get some steps yesterday despite not feeling too well.
