Grilled or roasted beef (suya )

I love roasted beef. In Nigeria it is called suya you can roast chicken or beef it is just so sweet. It is served very hot and there is this special spice they rub on it. And when you buy it they sprinkle some peppered spice and slice some onions even tomatoes or sliced cabbage it depends on what you want. And you can just cool it down with any cold drink of your choice.
