What’s up guys? EatsLance here. Are you looking for a comfortable setting where you can gather with your coworkers and brainstorm over a hot cup of coffee and some fresh bread? The location is for you. I've never been here before, but I have visited this location in the city of love, Ilo-ilo City. The Bread Basket of Ilo-ilo is located here.
First of all, a lot of time has passed. I miss writing about my foodie experiences here. For me, the past few months have been extremely draining. It kept me extremely busy, forcing me to spend my downtime for rest rather than writing. But even so, I'm glad to be writing again, and I hope this will be a regular thing.
Returning to my main point, Bread Basket is a great spot for idea generation or to catch up with friends. The staff provided excellent service, and it was quiet. According to my research, Bread Basket has a number of locations across the nation. If I'm not mistaken, Cebu does not have a single Bread Basket location. With the exception of the Lapu-lapu branch, which is currently closed. I can remark that this location is quite elegant and comfortable. I see that some of the customers are elderly people catching up with long-lost friends or managers having meetings with their staff. My coworker who is assigned to Ilo-ilo told me about this location. I'll keep saying it, but I genuinely fell in love with the city of Ilo-ilo. They have a spotless city, and Ilo-ilo has everything you need.
One of their best-selling coffees, the Hot Latte, is what I ordered. Although I didn't remember to take a picture of the menu, the pricing is rather high for me, but the food was exquisite when I tried it. It's a good thing my coworker funded the coffee. With my boss and other coworkers, I relished the coffee while we discussed marketing strategies. That it is one of their best-selling coffees comes as no surprise. Additionally, it fosters our creative juices.
Since I was used to the bread from the typical bakery, where Spanish Bread is my absolute favorite, the bread was pretty strange to me. However, I can taste that the bread was created with high-quality ingredients and flour. I do observe the locals, and they appear to adore the bread. I was actually pretending to adore it, but on the inside, I thought it was incredibly strange. Only the Ensaymada bread was familiar to me; the other bread were new to me. But my coworkers adored it. Guys, it's just me. Everyone, I believe, enjoys it except me. They also serve pastries, appetizers, salad, pizza, sandwiches, blended beverages, and some meals.
Actually, I was leaving Ilo-ilo City at this time. Still, I want to enjoy the best coffee in Ilo-ilo on my last day. In Ilo-ilo, Bread of Basket is well-known. Even though it was a working day, there were still a lot of people and the space was nearly filled. I can tell that Bread of Basket has already helped people develop a sense of intimacy. People there experienced a priceless moment with their loved ones. They left behind some memorable conversations. And creating a positive client experience is crucial for businesses. I'd like to bring my mother and father there, since we all love coffee. I think they would adore it there.
The time spent there was quite enjoyable. Additionally, since I didn't spend a single peso, it was ideal. It was a treat from my coworker to us. I fell in love with Ilo-ilo for this reason. Ilonggos not only have one of the nicest places, but also one of the most lovely hearts. I still yearn to return there again and again
