I tried to create this No bake cake because the ingredients were not hard to find and the steps are not that complicated. It was a good experience and I had fun creating this with my kids.
Three simple ingredients
- All purpose cream
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Chocolate Cake bar
Before proceeding on mixing the ingredients. Make sure to refrigerate the All purpose cream and the condensed milk. To get a solid texture when you put it in the bowl.
Mix the cream until it doubles in size. It will be easy if you have a mixer. But if you do not have one, you can use a whisk or fork and do it manually. It can be tiring to mix because the cream is very thick.
When you are done mixing the cream. Add the Condensed Milk
Then continue to mix it again until all the ingredients blend well. After that set it aside and get a container for our cake.
Slice the chocolate bar into half and place it in the container.
First layer of cake. The other half of the chocolate bar is for the second layer of the cake.
After fixing the first layer, pour the mixture of all purpose cream and condensed milk.
Put the remaining chocolate bars and repeat the process depending on how many layers you want to make.
Put it in the freezer overnight
You can also add some decorations and other designs that you want. I sliced a small square and let my kids to do the plating.
