These two aliens are watching and observing the movements and traits of the lobster. They can see it with their big monitor. It is scary because they are outside the Earth and yet they have cameras/ monitors that serves as their eyes to see everything inside the Earth.
There is still no clue why they are being interested and curious about the lobster.
