As promised I am continuing with Bulgarian craft beers.
Today my choice was "Glarus Special English Ale". It's a 500 ml ale with amber colour and caramel aroma. It contains pale and caramel malts, 3 different types of hops and brewer's yeast :). The manufacturers claim that it should be the equivalent of English premium ale, but since I haven't tried it, I cannot compare.
What I can say is that unlike any other ale it's not that bitter and at the same time has smooth flavour and it's exceptionally pleasant to drink. It's a bit cheaper than "Divo Pivo" and if I have to choose between them I would go with this one.
So as the rules follow
You have to try a new beer every day, for 7 days
The beer must be something you have never tasted before
