Got 8k today by walking twice today under cloudy gray weather. Almost similar to a early fall day. But talk about how refreshing it was to walk. Without worrying about heat frustration. Sadly a large portion of our state is without power. Do to nasty storms last night. 350 thousand was reported without power last night. The utility companies are working overtime this week. Stay cool everybody
