Got up and went for a morning walk. It was bitter cold weather with a wind chill. It was below zero! Put on the warm clothes and extended it a few extra laps. Later didn't do much but got ready for a Thanksgiving with the family. A good day over all. Tomorrow I will need to walk off the Turkey & Gravey. Plus hope to not have gone up on the scale.
