I'm glad that I had a successful week, It's always a good feeling to achieve the goals we set for ourselves. Taking things one step at a time is a great approach that can help us stay focused and motivated. Would like to share more about how I spent my week.
This week was different for me as I planned to fast for 72 hours and successfully achieved my goal. Fasting has numerous benefits, including maintaining muscle and fitness, and I highly recommend researching it. Although I couldn't do much during those three days, I still managed to go to work despite not being able to go to the gym or do my usual daily activities.
I know I have not talked much about the work I do off hive, which is teaching. I teach some students in a school because we're in the bear market, sometimes you need extra cash you can't always depend on your Crypto for survival, that's why I teach, and I also love teaching. I used to teach those students further mathematics, which I enjoyed a lot even though I studied industrial chemistry in school. I enjoy teaching mathematics because it's one of those things that makes me feel good when I'm doing it.
During the time I was fasting, I was also going to work to teach those students, and most of you will be thinking that my energy level would drop. Still, it did not because I was only burning extra fat in my body as fuel, which is Ketone, and for those three days, I didn't even feel anything because I was already used to fasting. I teach just three times a week so that I can have more time to do some extra things like hive and so on.
On the 4th day, which is Thursday, I resume the gym to do my normal workout, and every Thursday I normally train my back but I have missed the gym for three days already, so I added chest training with it to cover up.
I was introduced to a guy who could teach me how to box, and it has always been my dream to have some kind of self-defense mechanism, to build my self-confidence and prepare me for any form of bully that might happen in the future. So I said yes, and we did some training. Which was amazing, and I enjoyed it.

Even though I was feeling some pain in my finger, the following day, Friday, after working out again, I joined this guy for another session to train in boxing, and my finger became increasingly inflamed. The pain was getting much because I was training hard, and I was still new to boxing.
As you all know, Saturday is for running, and I sprinted more than 6 kilometers with some of my friends at the gym, which was quite interesting. Just that the 6-kilometer seemed like nothing, and we had a great time together, and it was fun. Those are my activities off Hive Blockchain.
I used to have a routine on Hive blockchain every week because it helped me keep track of my activities easily. It was also a great way to get feedback on my progress. My goal for last week was to post at least once daily, and I was able to achieve it without any issues. Despite my initial concerns about fasting affecting my energy levels, I remained active and motivated. However, I didn't engage with the community as much as I would have liked to. I plan on stepping up my engagement game this week and doing better.
Last week was busy, but I'm excited for the fresh start with today being Sunday. My goal for this week is to post twice daily, including a video. I'm committed to putting in more effort and engaging with my audience. Although it won't be easy with my other responsibilities, I'm determined to balance everything and see how it goes.
