The lute from #marketfriday.
Let's elaborate on the fruit and veggies today!

Mango's - i choose the ripe ones to blend in my raw-milk kefir. I drink a cup every morning, the kefir is very good voor your intestinal flora and the fruitsugar (mango is next to ananas the sweetest of fruits) from the mango gets me going. Mango has a good influence on your health, like most fruits do!

Blueberries; lots of anti oxidants. My husband likes to eat these in his Greek yoghurt.

Leeks, smuttered in olive oil with a bit of balsamico added in the end. Leek has high doses of vitamine A and K and is full of sulfides

Fresh parsly next to them. I eat that herb very much - i absolutely adore it. It cleanses the blood, so add some to your soups and sauces.

Tomatoes - who doesnt like them? You can add them to almost every dish! And if you think you can't: try! It just might surprise you.

Tomatoes have caroteens, with wich your body makes vit A and many other vitamins and minerals but the lycopenes are at the top regarding our health.
You have to cook tomatoes to benefit from them, so soup, or paste is better then raw in this case.

Beans! Sugarsnapps and haricots verts - my favorites! I eat beans in soups, as veggies but i also like to eat them as salad, they have a lot of proteins and vibers.

These are 'opperdoesen' - a special potato. I don't eat much potatos (i benefit when i keep it low carb) but when i do i want the tasty ones! Traditionally they are coocked in broth.

Mushrooms - i love all of them! Rich in kalium and low in natrium they are anti diuretics. But to me its al about the taste! And there is more this time:

I bought a small black truffle. The chef made me a very good price! So i ll be making my own tagliatelle from spellet flour (you cant overcook pasta when made from spellet. It stays all dente!) and just add some truffle and cream. Or....combined with the mushrooms and turnip....thats a lovely and tasty combi too!

I steem (!) my culiflower and like to add roasted almonds. Together thats a feast to the taste receptors!

Red oignons! Most of the fytonutri毛nts are in the outer layer so peel them with care to benefit from these healthy stuff!

Green aspargus, i like these so much! I prefer these the 'spanish way'...... al plancha: just roasted with olive oil and a bit of grey sea salt.

Avocados......filled with very nutricious fats! Did you know that eating plantbased fat keeps you less hungry? I can eat these all year, just with some black pepper and a bit of sea salt, yumi!

Carrots, peppers and paprika - i add these to many dishes. As garlic - there is always garlic in my kitchen.

Well, i will get through the week with these veggies! See you next week for the green contest again, run by lenasveganliving@lenasveganliving who you definately should follow for her deli vegan recipes!

Steem on (especially the culiflower 馃槀)
