I don't think your friend had a very good time once they caught up with him. There were several people I knew and some that I still know that aren't allowed even a simple savings account anymore. You know they really screwed up to earn that. Not a checking account, no ATM card, no debit, nothing. Can't even store their money in an account that can only get withdrawn from by physically walking into the bank!
